Check back weekly as the calendar could have been changed by adding new events, services and Special Guest Appearances.

It only takes seconds and once the calendar has successfully been imported you can easily sync to your handheld device and have NGP at your fingertips. With the entire NGP Current Events Calendar conveniently integrated into your outlook calendar at work, at home or on the road.

This download works with handheld devices that are capable of synchronizing data with Microsoft Outlook 97, 98, 2000, 2002, 2003, XP, and Windows Vista:

STEP ONE:

Download the NGP Current Events Calendar Now (Right-click, choose SAVE TARGET AS...) Rename the file NGPCalendar.csv and save to your desktop (you must include the .csv). When the file has saved click Close.

STEP TWO:

Select File --> Import and Export...

Select Import from another program or fileand click Next.

Select Comma Separated Values (Windows) and click Next.

Find the NGPCalendar.csv file you just downloaded and select Do not import duplicate items and click Next.

Select the Calendar folder and click Next.

The next window will have a title that says "The following actions will be performed:" above an option to Import 'NGPCalendar.csv' into the 'Calendar' folder"

Check the box to the left and and click on "Import" "NGPCalendar.csv" into folder: "Calendar"

In some versions of Outlook you will be required to chose what fields you want to import. For those users, simply click and drag needed fields from the left window into the right window. It is fairly self-explanatory, but the basic corresponding fields are below:

If you would like Outlook to place a reminder on the event, also move REMINDER_ON_OFF to Reminder On/Off

Lastly, click Finish

STEP THREE:

To get the NGP Current Events Calendar onto your Palm or Handheld device, synchronize your PDA to your computer and you've got NGP Calendar to go!
