FORE HIM, the Men's Ministry of NGP, began in May 2006. The purpose of "Fore Him" is to connect men to God, to their families, to church, and to their careers.
Through special events and activities specifically targeted to men, FORE HIM increases the opportunities for the men of NGP to make these vital connections. From Men's Conferences with special speakers to various times of fun activities, the men of the church are provided with numerous avenues to join in fellowship and to grow personally and spiritually.
Some of the regular activities of FH include:
- Men’s Breakfasts, which provide a time for men of the church to bring their friends and co-workers to NGP as well as to interact with one another and to combine fellowship with a special time of prayer.
- During spring and summer months, FH golfs the first Sunday of the month. If you visit on the first sunday, bring your clubs!!
- FH meets each Sunday in the prayer room and leads the pre-service prayer times.
- Other activities include: fish fries, camping trips, bird hunting events, "father & kids only" Christmas shopping day for the moms, etc.
MOI activities are open to all men and their sons. FORE Him is overseen by Kelly Perry & staff.
